Once your customers have signed up, we can ship the VoIP startup package to the address you provided with your order or if you prefer you can do the provisioning yourself. When they receive this package, simply connect the internet cable to their high-speed Internet connection using the phone adapter included in the package. They are now ready to start using their phone just like they always have! Number porting is available, in the case of number porting the customer turn up may take 7 – 10 business days, although we can call forward the number being ported while we are waiting on the porting.
